2019 Conference Theme
"Preparing for Climate Change in
the Planned and Unplanned City"
The 2019 PLPR Conference will explore the impact of natural hazards and climate change on cities across the globe. Though papers are not required to address the conference theme, they should present work at the intersection of planning, law, and/or property rights. Conference organizers welcome papers on topics like environmental law, land use law, transportation planning and sustainable development.
